Rocco Demaio is a highly experienced commercial real estate professional who has worked for leading Australian and international real estate firms for more than two decades. His extensive property marketing expertise and ability to build strong relationships with agency staff, developers, investors and tenants, is reflected in the many successful commercial property transactions he’s been involved with over the years.

Rocco has provided advice and managed sales and leasing transactions for a broad range of commercial properties. A land subdivision specialist, he has also been involved with a number of high profile industrial land subdivision projects in Perth’s south-west metropolitan corridor. These include the Canning Vale Industrial Park, Robb Jetty Industrial Estate in Hamilton Hill, Bibra Lake Industrial Park, The Australian Marine Complex in Henderson, Latitude 32’s Flinders Precinct and the Pinjarra Industrial Estate. Areas of influence include the national logistics focus and building stronger relationships with both national developers and occupiers.

Rocco holds an Advanced Certificate in Business (Real Estate), an Associate Diploma of Business Accounting and a current Triennial Certificate in Western Australia. He is an active member of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia’s Commercial Network Committee.
